Determining The Cost Of Delivery

For many of our event rentals, delivery is required. When determining the cost of delivery for your order, here is some important information to keep in mind:

Delivery Fee

The minimum delivery fee for in-town deliveries (within Lynchburg City limits or the immediate area), is $100.00. This means delivery from our store directly to the location where the items will be used. The minimum Delivery outside of Lynchburg City is also available upon request. Please call our store for an exact quote.

Delivery Time

Deliveries are usually made the day before your event, with the exception of some time-sensitive items such as inflatables, etc.

Rental Returns

All pick-ups will be made from the same location that the delivery was made to.

Pickup Time

Delivery and Pick-up is generally only available Monday thru Friday only. If you need delivery and/or pick-up on the weekends, an extra “after-hours” fee will apply.

Pick-Ups for a weekend event are scheduled for the following Monday or Tuesday.

Pickup Details

If you will be picking your order up, please take into considering the following information.

The most important thing that you want to keep in mind is whether or not your vehicle will be able to accomodate the items that you are picking up.
